Hi there, I'm glad I've found this forum dedicated to Skoda.
Last month I've bought 2014 Superb MK2, which was in top condition. Mileage was 220k, during examination by experts it was also on VCDS, and showed one problem which was left boot lid lock fault code, which I didn't understood because I never experienced any problems with rear lid opening or closing.
But this morning I noticed some strange sound like parking sensors during changing gears to D - I have an automatic. I didn't thought about it until I actually put it in reverse when leaving work later.
Thing is when entered R, or manually turning on Parking sensors, button will flash instead solid light, weird 5 second long sound like being too close to something plays and no response on Columbus. At first thought they're just really dirt and it has some sort of system to block using them to stop disrupting during reverse.
So I cleaned them up and still nothing - luckily I have OBD11 so I started diagnostic and I had 6 problems instead of only one about said boot lid lock. Will put screenshots in here too.
Now I have 2 questions - What can I do about that front sensor? Can I switch it by myself or should I let authorized mechanic fix it for me? Also what about those other faults besides Parking sensors? As I said I don't remember any problems with rear lid, also not any problem with light switch, and that one about driver's seat I guess should be treated as one, and about that I remember one time there was little problem with automatic sliding when getting in/out of car, which never appeared again.
