No it's definitely the auto handbrake they've turned off. Previously when I parked the car, I didn't have to turn the handbrake on. It turned itself on - and then turned itself off again when I drove the car. Now if I don't manually put the handbrake on when I park the car, it rolls down the hill (I discovered this with a shock yesterday as I am used to just being able to park and get out but when I tried to do this it started to move!).

Hello, I have had my Karoq for about 6 months now, yesterday someone moved my car for me. She seems to have somehow set it so the handbrake (which used to come on and off automatically and was amazing) needs to be put on and off manually - which is really annoying. I can't figure out how to set it back to automatic again! Can anyone tell me where the button is for this please! Thanks.
