I think so, as he had snap on scanner on it first then he went and got a laptop. The engine code is BMN I know its doing my head in as I used to work as a technician and it's got be totally baffled to.

Hi everyone I'm new to here and I require some help. I have a VRS Diesel octavia and all the time I drive my car it jerks and then goes away. I've had a vag garage scan it and there is no codes stored or in the ECU anywhere, they also checked that the actuator was working to. They said it could be the air mass sensor so I've changed that and still doing it. I've also put a revive turbo cleaner through it and still didn't work.
