Hi Folks, first post and asking for help...... I had my Kodiaq RS delivered at the start of December '20, after waiting nearly 6 months for production. It's a great piece of kit, but I'm having an issue with the SW, user interface, infomat, whatever you think we should call it. I am registered on the mySkoda website, skoda-connect, and my user profile is found when I login to the car at startup. The car is in my garage, but marked as not activated. When I follow the activation instructions, try to assign me as the Primary User, it fails. I had a ticket open with Customer Service for the past 6 weeks and was finally told to go to the showroom to get it fixed. The showroom reset factory settings, reinstalled the app on my phone, but the same again. They told me to contact Customer Service....... Anybody else had trouble with this? Thanks.
