Fun! Have had my Scala for about a year now, taken quite a few trips around Europe in it, hasn't given me any problems other than the emergency assist system triggering a fault that the dealer took care of. Only dislike, and even this I'm on the fence about, is the wired-only Android Auto. You can buy an adapter to go wireless, but really can't justify the price when I have the cables and they really don't get in my way. Did realize my phone screen had to be unlocked to get it to connect to the car though, prodigious use of Google maps made me figure that problem out.

Yep! Car gives me the option of vehicle status or driving data. Driving data is simply all the averages for driving. Vehicle status tells me inspection in 17 days, and on the only other screen it has, "tyre press. loss indicator". No pouring bottle indicator anywhere I can find. Well, just for anyone who ever has to do this themselves, I found it! Lol. It's in the cluster display, "driving data", then you have to use the roller to select adblue range. Thank you for your reply, it drove me to get out in the snow and try to find that bottle again. I had indeed missed a function on the steering wheel!

Hello! I skimmed the forum, didn't see anyone asking what I'm about to ask: is it possible to check the DEF level through the instrument cluster or infotainment system?? I've downloaded the English manual for the car (I'm in Germany, owners manual is in German but also doesn't seem to cover it) but I can't figure out if it's actually possible, or if it depends on which cluster you have. I figured out I have the analog cluster. The manual clearly states that the fluid level can be checked: "The range with the existing AdBlue® tankfill level as well as the indication of the minimum and maximum AdBlue® top up quantity can be viewed in the driving data in the instrument cluster display under the menu item" (menu item being an icon of a container tipped to the side). I can't find anything like this through the steering wheel/cluster interface. There are various menus, but only one that pertains to vehicle operation. The only info that shows up there is that it has a service coming up in about two weeks. I feel like I've tried clicking or rolling every control available on the wheel to try and find more info, but maybe I missed something? The manual doesn't have any pictures or step by step how to get to the adblue level data. Not that I will be going on any long trips any time soon, but I like to keep my eye on this sort of thing, and since the manual references it, I'm curious where it's hiding! Thanks!
