It idles high until the stop/start kicks in and then it idles at 800rpm it will be over 90 before the start stop kicks in etc

The stop/start has been working, but when the stop start kicks in it ticks over at 800rpm

It’s been like this for over a week bow 🙈

I have a 2017 octavia vrs 2.0 diesel and it’s auto, I’ve just bought the car and I’m having a problem with the tick over, when the car is cold it ticks over at 1100rpm even when it warms up to 90 it ticks over at 1000rpm unless the start /stop kicks in or I turn the ignition on and off and then if ticks over at 800rpm only when it’s warm is this normal ??? I’ve already done a forced regeneration of the dpf but still not difference etc
