hey guys i was looking at the air intake of my mk1 skoda. i think its called the snorkel? the one that goes to the fron bar under the hood.. if you know what i mean.. i took the tube of and the scoop bit out of the box, my question is why is it flat? im pretty decent at cad, so was thinking about unbolting the intake box part for the snorkel and re designing it so it would have direct feed, i.e it wont hit a walll then have to travel up then into the airbox, would it make any diffrence, intake sound or peformance? ill still be using the stock air intake tube etc

Hey peeps I just fitting 35mm Lowering Springs from dpm? A max? Anyway do I need to cut the bump stops?? Never had a lowered car before and only done it now as the oem ones were shot and the aftermarket was cheaper lol

hi guys im looking for some inner track rods, i have brought the outer ones already, but apparently one of mine is bent, is there a diffrence between a vrs and non vrs??? for both outer and inner track rod? iv had a look online and there are people saying no and yes to the question so thought i would pop on here to get to the end of it! okay cool cheers, and i have a misfire, not all the time but now and again, i plugged it into a diagnostic and it was pointing at a injector going, "cyl.1 misfire Dectected" Cylinder 1 pump/injector valve electrical error in circuit" hmm you think??? i mean when its "cold" it runs fine, after driving it a while and the engine is warm it starts, missfiring, and shaking, untill i turn the car off for like 30 sec's then its fine again for a while?

hey guys, so im pretty sure i need a new injector... now do i need to recode the new one ? or will it be okay if i swapped it for like/like, i.e bosh for a bosh, it would be a referbed one, as long as i get the right one for the engine?

i managed to find out why my aircon was not working, apparently the wire on the connector has snapped of, i managed to melt a bit of the connector down to solder it To test if it was that, and nothing else was the problem, so i now i need a replacement connector, dose anyone know where i can get a replacement/what the connector is called? cheers? the brown one in this pic

Hi guys, i got a Mot in july, and was told that i need new headlight. as the adjuster was snapped or something, would the lights provided in the pic pass a uk MOT? as its for a LHD Skoda? cheers
