Ok, so if the new radio part number is: 1Z0 035 680 Then which bluetooth module should I get with it? Is it one with the same code? for example, would this kit work: Bluetooth kit or this one from Eddie: Other bluetooth kit At this point I am not concerned about price, just functionality and compatibility. So if the head unit doesn't come with a GPS module, I would have to buy one still? And then bluetooth modules/kits that I have mentioned above? Cheers

Using a samsung s20 but would be great to have the compatibility for resale or friends. So i would just need your kit, the GPS module, and the head unit itself. I notice in your pictures of the kit, you have some diagnostics up, is this then for recoding or is it literally plug and play as you say?

Thank you for helping out. Yes, looking at it myself, it seems it is the facelift version, so I wouldn't need to upgrade the canbus, because it already has the 2.0 version - perfect. So I would need a GPS aerial like this: GPS Module a bluetooth module like this: Bluetooth Module and a kit like this (includes microphone and harness): Harness + Microphone Please let me know if this is wrong or I have missed something. Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and have a Fabia II 1.6TDI 105. The current radio in it is a 'swing' radio - I'm sorry, I don't know the code, as I'm new to working on VAG cars - but as I'm going to be doing more motorway driving after lockdown, I would like sat nav and bluetooth for music for the longer journeys. I have considered other options (Pioneer, Kenwood etc.) but I feel OEM parts would be a bit sleeker. I have narrowed it down to the RNS510 Colombus, but all the forums I've looked at either have no recent posts or don't provide the right information. All I need to know really is what parts I need to make the switch, where I can find them, and a rough guide of what I might need to do (eg recoding). I hope you can help, thanks Billy
