  1. SOS system switches off - Apple Carplay loses location

    Good morning and Happy New Year 2024. A couple of weeks ago the green light next to the SOS button went off and now nothing works: no SOS, no info and even not the microphone for phone-calls etc! Is it a software problem or a complete module issue? Any suggestions please?

    Hello. I have a November 2020 Skoda Kamiq 1.5, 7 speed DSG. Is the car fitted with a dry (DQ200) or wet (DQ381) DSG? Thanks
