my drivers side front seat belt has started cutting into the plastic on the pillar, just passed mot but they said it won't next year and quoted me £570 to replace what do you think

I had the alignment done when I got them fitted 12 mts ago (not my regular garage ) and it handled like a shopping trolley since, I've just had two shocks replaced (my garage) and new alignment two days ago and the difference is night and day. i guess it was the bloody alignment then 😠

hi so i have 4 pilot 5's on the VRS estate, two i replaced at last service 12 months ago and i'm shocked they have lasted only 10k, all 4 are now on the limit 3mm so i'll need to change soon, i don't drive it like a rally driver so i'm looking for recommendations please, i'm not putting pilots on again. i live in SE so hardly ever any snow or ice. thanks

after speaking with the garage it also included two top mounts so that feels more palatable i think. i dont have a comfort mode but i do have custom which i can adjust thanks

HI i've just been quoted £ 960 for pair of front shocks on 2017 vrs , yikes , one of them is leaking. is this about right and has anyone any recommendations as i may buy myself and take to a fit your own guy

Hi just had garage look at my vrs and the top mounts need replacing as there is a knocking sound when steering can’t do it for 3 weeks but I need to do long journey , is it safe to drive ?

has anyone had an issues with the infotainment screen going blank but sound still comes out. this has now happened to me twice both times i think when in carplay, you can get out of the car and lock it but the sound still goes. I had another thread few weeks ago where the sound wasn't coming out of the driver side lower speakers, i've only bought the car so realised a few days later that it was only happening when listening through carplay I.E spotify etc. wondering if the two are linked. the screen thing is very odd.

so i've figured it only happens when in carplay , the radio is fine

hi , i just got my first octavia delivered yesterday 2017 vrs estate, love it but quickly noticed the sound from the radio was odd, checked it out proper today and it seems the lower door speakers on driver side are working but really low compared to near side, everything is in the centre on the speaker front. just wondering if anyone else has had this before i call the garage as its in warranty
