So I have the mk1 1.9tdi octavia engine code AXR and I'm looking to upgrade it to get more power. Just looking to upgrade turbo, injectors and intercooler. I've looked through the forums and didn't find anything. What would be the best upgrade for each item I can't find the specific parts that are a good upgrade from oem on Google. Do you guys know what would be the best turbo and injectors to upgrade to for more power? Links to items would be appreciated 🙂

Hows it going folks, I have a 1.9L TDI Octavia MkI engine code AXR and I am looking for parts to buy, things to do etc in order to produce more power from the engine. I would ideally like 150-180bhp (should be currently sitting at 90-100bhp) if possible and if i can get more power safely than i'm open to it. I know a stage 1 remap can get me more power and exhaust but something more specific i.e what turbo's, injectors etc what would be the best thing to do. Thanks any advice you give,

This happened to me same situation. Power went, could still move but barely any throttle response, turned engine off and on and it fixed itself couple days later it happened again and I got a glow plug warning light on dash. Had to get towed. Once I changed my glow plugs it fixed the issue hasn't happened since. So check your glow plugs would be my advice. (I could be wrong tho)
