I have recently bought a 2016 Greenline estate. Although the interior is fine, the exterior looks a little dated with the yellow halogen headlights. I was looking at replacing the factory halogen bulbs with white HID or LED bulbs but reading online it seems that current UK legislation does not permit this(?). Instead, I am wondering whether I can change the entire headlamp unit to an LED one. Does anyone have any experience of this? Is it possible? Legal? How costly was it? Many thanks
