  1. Yes it had the EA189 emissions fix in November 2016. I phoned Skoda UK and they will only do the "good will measure" EGR valve replacement for 2 years after the emissions fix, so no luck there unfortunately.
  2. It's a 2L diesel. Since posting a local garage has quoted around £830 for the same work (all parts and labour VAT included).
  3. They have inspected the car after I reported the "exhaust inspection warning light", and faulty EGR Valve is their diagnosis.
  4. My Yeti (2013 Diesel) has the exhaust inspection warning light on. The local Skoda dealer says that to fix this it needs a new EGR Valve at a cost of £1500 (including fitting). Is this a fair price?
