Are the door cards easy to pop off, do you need a special tool ?

Has anyone local to South yorkshire managed to get th rear leaking door seals successfully repaired. I rang one garage he said they had never heard of the problem but would sort it for £200. I then went to hayseldens body shop direct (our local Skoda repairer) Who said it's not the seals it's the speakers that water leaks through and it's both front and back that need sorting, £450. Googling the fault and on here it defo says it's the seals in the doors. Can Anyone recommend anywhere that's done theirs ideally barnsley/doncaster/Rotherham area
