    I have been in touch with the dealer and I’m taking it back in tomorrow, so hopefully they will be able to sort it 👍

    Thanks for your reply, I have tried that several times, unfortunately, it didn’t work.

    Cheers mate. I'll get in touch with the dealership tomorrow and see what they say, especially as I'm having other problems now as well. It apparently had an update this morning before I had it, so it might be down to that. But I won't put up with things not working as they should on a brand new car.

    Hi everyone. I collected my new Octavia (1.0 TSI SE Technology) from the dealership today. When I first fired up the navigation system, it came up with 'loading.' 8 hours later, it is still won't load. Any ideas?
