Hi guys, I own Kodiaq Scout. After i got the car i went to the dealer to get a towbar installed and surprise...it seems that the tow bar they have in the catalogue cannot be fitted on my specs. I have the 2.0 147kw Tdi and it seems that for cars after week 39/2020 it cannot be fitted if the car does not have tow bar preparation from the factory (it does not have). I could not get an answer from the dealer on why is that, if there are other options, if i cannot ever have the original one installed (i don't want to lose the warranty by going for aftermarket options). What can i do?
