  1. Hey guys, Octavia 2018, 1.0 TSI 140,000 km 2 months ago, while driving car suddenly went out of gear, not moving at all, i stopped at the side of the road, turn off the engine, re start it it it drove fine, didnt happened again till this week, 3 days ago it happened again, and after few minutes it sort off got okay and i drove back home (about 7 km) i plugged obd eleven and i saw this error in the transmission module: P0B0C00- Electric/Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump "A" - Hydraulic Leakage. Status: Intermittent i went to a local garage who said my mechatronics has a problem. if the computer need to be replaced it will be around 1800 usd to fix, and if its the pump it will be around 1400 usd. and he said he thinks it is probably the computer (which is the more expensive one, and the code said pump so i feel he is not totally honest with me) i googled it a bit and saw the most problems with those are the acumulator. does anyone know if i can do it by myself? i saw its to repair acumulator without even removing the mechatronics from the car. i just wonder if that will fix this error code. because i didnt dound any info about this code except this website stating its the acumulator P0B0C00 with DFCC 38528 Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump Hydraulic Leakage Replace the accumulator in the transmission valve body https://www.shenghaiautoparts.com/vw-0am-0cw-dq200-common-fault-codes-and-repair-measures/?srsltid=AfmBOoryvU4IgYWOV3na2Y3KrdsTKqql69kLzIw00F0_Ib4eAXlH6xf3 anyone have encounterd this error code before? thanks

  3. Hey guys, I started my car this morning, and heard a knocking noise from the engine. It doesn't sound good so i stopped the engine and supposed to go check that at the local dealership. Just curious if someone else has encountered this or know what causing it to happened, so i have a least of idea what's going on so they can't say it is something bigger than what it is. 2018 1.0 tsi Thanks
  4. Hey everyone, New here and new to skoda. Always liked the vag cars Had a vw passat b6 for the last 8 years, and now it just felt to me that the octavia are way more beautiful so decided to get an 2018 octavia. Got it yesterday and realized something weird with the multimedia. Apperantley the previous owner installed some ****ty android hu. And it is really make me feel bummed. Also the phone and media in the cluster instrument screen isn't available. I guess because the central electric detect no radio installed since it isn't original. I wonder if it is possible to retrofit the original system. Really like the columbus with touch buttons. I have read a bunch of topics here and made some searching but feel like there is way too much info which made me very confused. I have noticed that in my glove box compartment there is no sd slot or cd drive i think it is what you call MIB. (Which by the way really thought that was a reference to men in black movie at first glance, lol) Any way there isn't nothing in there just a place for the car manual i guess and no wires, connectors or anything else in there. There is a rear camera installed and working but not sure if it will work with the colombus. Is it even possible? And if so, someone can help with a little explanation of what i need to get? I also have an obdeleven device so i can read codes or make adaptations or settings. Thanks, Ohad
