I’ve downloaded the Skoda App, but doesn’t let me do anything on it. Seems to imply that I need a data plug for my car…. Yesterday, it came up on screen that there was a software update but can’t seem to find it on the infotainment system. Been on updates but nothing shows up

Hello. I picked up my new Superb yesterday and tried to create a new user profile, however it said the email was already in use. I can’t remember my password and can’t find anywhere to choose “forgotten password” on the car or on the internet. Am I missing something?
