  1. When the vehicle becomes fully visible in the skoda connect application, does that mean the vehicle is completely finished and ready for delivery to the supplier ?
  2. I got the VIN number today. I hope that the car will be completed without going to some parking lot where it will wait for missing parts.
  3. I have been waiting since mid April for my RS TDI , the 51st week of production has been scheduled. I still don't have the chassis number.
  4. Thank you for your reply. I drive about 35,000 kilometers a year, of which 70% are highways. I'm not going to the tracks (at least for now ).
  5. For those who got a car with Goodyear Supersport tires. What they have shown you in terms of endurance? In the spring I will buy new 19 "tires so I am in doubt which tires to choose, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, GY Asymmetric 5, Potenza Sport? Can anyone give a first hand recommendation?
  6. RS 2.0 TDI DSG, orederd mid April. 3 weeks ago the deailer told me they put the car in the 51st week of production. Before that I had the 36th week scheduled, after that the 47th. Two months ago, production was scheduled for 2022 The supplier told me that those weeks in the system meant nothing to them, that they were unreliable and that they were only sure when they saw that the vehicle had left the factory
  7. The last few days I read that magnesium stocks are at critical levels, as the Chinese have reduced exports by 50%. Apparently, in the next 2-3 months, the crisis could be much worse than it was with the chips if something is not done. Which, in the end, would mean even greater production delays or even the complete closure of car factories. I hope that in the meantime they will find a solution to the new potential crisis that could come
  8. I have been thinking for some time about a situation where some get a car in three months and some only in 10+ months. We cannot be sure that the dealer has not in the meantime reconfigured our order for a customer who came behind us and reworked his order for us. The chassis number is already obtained when the car starts production, so the dealers can mumble as they wish if someone pays them extra. We don’t actually see a system of orders from agents, we are guided by the data they give us. There is a lot of room for manipulation
  9. I got a call from an agent, the vehicle will not be there until next year. Croatia, the car was ordered in mid-april. The delivery deadline was to be mid-November. The vehicle does not currently have a confirmed production date.
  10. I ordered mine 20 April, before two months delivery date was 15 sept., now si mid nov.
  11. I have been following this topic for several months now. One thing is unclear to me, from what I could read, Skoda is on average producing one third less vehicles than when everything was fine. By that logic, the delivery deadlines should have been extended by one third time, and according to this, it turns out that the delivery deadlines have tripled. I really don't understand anything anymore .
  12. Reading all this, I just can't find a logical conclusion. Someone who later ordered the vehicle got it earlier than someone who ordered it a couple of months earlier. In Croatia, delivery is 7 months for DSG, 6 for manual transmission (saloon version).
  13. According to the calculator, you should be fine with one of these three dimensions. But I think you sholud stay at 19".
  14. In Croatia, minimum delivery time for vrs is 6 months. Dealer told me that they have big problems with DSG chips and that this could extend the already long delivery time. I hope to get mine to the end od 2021. :(
  15. Thanky you to accept me in this community. I've been following the forum for a while, but I haven't written anything yet. I am currently driving a VW Passat 2016, but a month ago I ordered a vRS TDI so I am looking forward to the new model. Unfortunately for Croatia, the delivery time is over 180 days, so I hope that time will pass quickly with you.
