Greetings one and all. I'm new to this forum but have searched high and low for an answer to a problem I have and there seem to be many knowledgeable people on here so here goes. My Skoda Superb has a Columbus RNS 510 fitted that has gone wrong. It appears to try to start up but won't complete the cycle. No display or access to anything just a click and you can hear the hard drive try to start then it stops and repeats. I have read that it was an issue with some of them when they were produced so after nearly six years of use it's now my turn. The question is what can I do about it? The system is coded to the VIN on the car and I don't know if I can send it off to be fixed or even if I can buy and fit a new one? Can somebody help please? Many thanks. Bob.
