  1. Ahhh - there were so many choices! OK Thanks
  2. We bought a Skoda Superb from Carbase which had a full service history, 60k on the clock and the box ticked for good suspension by the RAC. On the drive home, there are several potholes (we live in Pothole City aka Bristol), the noise was deafening as we hit them. A little bit of research told us these blocks could be the problem, but three years later? No Way. Shockingly no shocks. Carbase have removed these blocks (two on each side) and replaced the buffers but no apology. We have been told that there is no other damage and on a plus we now have brand new front suspension but at what cost? I feel that Carbase, Skoda and the RAC need to be held to account - what do you think?
