  1. That’s really good advice. My phone connects automatically through Blue tooth for phones. It’s an Apple phone and the iPad connects as well. So if I can get google maps up on the screen I won’t need the sat nav anyway? I will go Ans have a play. Thankyou
  2. Thankyou that’s really helpful. Tamsin
  3. Photo of glovebox unit attached. Not much to see
  4. Sorry try this picture. The previous owner didn’t use Sat Nav. He was an elderly gentleman. Had car from new. Always serviced at the garage where I bought the car. Did less than 5k miles a year. Coincidentally I had his old Octavia L&C. Which I traded for this one when. I had done over100 K on it. This one was like new.I don’t even think he used the radio! Garage is local to me very reliable honest and friendly. They suggested buying a SD card privately as much less expensive than from them. My husband also has a Skoda. Sorry try this picture. 5. No button but you can get into it through Media. That bit works as it picked up a test SD card borrowed from a Fabia . Yes
  6. This is the photo. Is it Columbus? I was looking on EBay and when I sent photo below the seller said Columbus. The car was registered Jan 1 st 2014. So it could be a 2013 model. I really don’t want to buy the wrong card and mess people around.
  7. Everything else works on the infotainment system .
  8. Thanks It’s a MIB1. I don’t know if it’s a Amunsun probably is. I had a genuine Skoda SD card. It wouldn’t work. Went to the local garage and they tried another cards also Skoda as a test. It recognised that one but it wouldn’t work properly as out of a Fabia. The local people at Skoda are really helpful. They sold the car to a customer who never used Sat Nav. I have had it for a couple of years and didn’t even realise Sat Nav was standard so have been using Google maps off my phone but Sat Nav is better and safer. It is a eally great car. Only done 25 K miles!
