  1. Have checked that before. Tried tightening it with a piece of copper also. Will try to jump the wire from connector directly to the relay now. No corrosion observed
  2. No accessories. Car is fully stock
  3. So I have this Octavia 3, 2.0TDI, It has following errors: U041600: ESP implausible signal U042800: Invalid data received from steering angle sensor module U350200: Control module Input power "A" circuit high The car sometimes shudders and stalls. Or cranks but does not start. If I move the 645 relay it starts up. This issue comes up on about 25% of starts Following steps were taken but did not find a solution. Swapped the relay with new one. Checked fusebox pins, the relay and connections are not loose at all checked wiring from relay to ECU Any idea what could cause this? Or further diagnosis steps?
  4. I know it should work, but some reason its not. Tried with multiple dongles like elm, vgate, and an obd based guage. torque, car scanner and a few more apps across phones. So its the car not the dongles.
  5. My 2009 1.8tsi (Indian version) connects to VCDS, OBDeleven and Launchtech. But when I try to connect any ELM327, Vgate like basic OBD device there is no communication. I want to setup an OBD display for oil temp, boost and coolant temp.
