  1. hi .. like to install vw generic parking sensors or as near to on my 07 tdi vrs .. (cr engine).. . is it just a case of buying sensors and drilling holes and connecting to the loom/ controller .. or do i need to buy a loom and a controller .. then some how connect into the car ??? i believe if i have the loom and controller it will be by offside rear arch ??? also i like to upgrade the the bulbs to led running lights, rear brake , indicators rear side and front , and reverse . is this like for like swap or will you get errors ? so a can bus unit is necessary ???😀

  4. hi what can i use to upgrade my light bulbs for the front full beam, dipped beam and fog lights and indicators .. Halfords do a 200% brighter bulb but is there something L E D or something which is better than the standard bulbs ... need something for this time of year grateful for any help thanks am ok with fitting sparky buy trade

  7. its connected via a aux belt off the alternator ... you have dont one of theses ... how do you loosen that belt ?
  8. i dont have access to a vcd scan .. would that lof the car memeory .. as i have a odbii scanner and no record of it
  9. i defiantly need a new condenser not so sure on my compressor ... i re gas is best way to check then ?

  13. hi my intercooler isn't in the best of states when I touch it crumbles ... so I was wondering is there a walk through anywhere or some have some experience they could share
  14. the air conditioning unit .. i have found it .. its under the alternator... ... what i have also found that there are two places where it looks like it can be charged ... i will get phots tomorrow .... i hope this helps
  15. excuse my ignorance ,,but can some tell me where the ac unit is on my 07 vrs tdi also i have not used it for years so what can i expect ...... i'm not 100 sure it works as when i purchased the car 2nd hand i didnt know it had ac i have the BMN 2.0td engine
  16. hi is there a walk through for the above ... i have read when doing the brake fluid you also have to think about the clutch . too .. any walk throughs for a diy mechanic ... 2007 BMN 2.0tdi vrs
  17. Hi Aux port problem .. as you can hopefully hear in the video the interference i get with plugging in the a 3.5mm jack into the aux port.. i trim 2.mp4 have cleaned it and still made no difference .. it was working fine and then just went .. any help would be appreciated

  19. Can some tell me where the catalytic convertor is on Skoda vrs mk2 tdi (07 plate ) as I led to believe it it just after the DPF ... is that correct ...?. Can any one tell me if it is possible to clean the catalytic convertor ? physically remove it and clean , would you have to unbolt from the outlet manifolds to gain access to ?
