Exactly the same here, the dealer came through with a 3 year service plan which is better than nothing, but I 100% would have preferred to get what they sold me. Still love the new wagon though, it's a great car to have.

there are literally no user or personalisation options presented on the screen, which isn't encouraging

Hey everyone, new Kodiaq owner here. It looks like personalisation (key to seat memory etc) has been removed from new builds. The dealer was surprised but confirmed it with the country manager. It seems like a real backwards step and I am hopeful that the function is still there in the computer but just made invisible to the user rather than a completely new system. Can anyone advise if this is something that can be reactivated using VCDS or is it a completely hopeless case? Thanks for any advice.
