Guys thanks for your helpful comments - Skoda make so many things options, its difficult to work out what is available on our vehicle. Our app will not allow us to upload a route - I am guessing now, that it is because I am running apple car play. Also, the app will tell me the car is locked or unlocked, but won't allow me to remotely lock it.... Is this normal?

Hi guys, Am i right in expecting the climate controls to save to my user (and their key)? I often drive the car on my own and set the air con to sync. I have to reset it every time I get into the car. I have set the keys up already, and they do save the seat and mirror settings.

Hi Guys, help would be appreciated. My car does not have a Skoda Connect menu option in the infotainment system. I have registered and installed the app on my phone; signed in with the car key in the car....?? Should it not have one?
