oh dear...what do you suggest I do? go see? it may not load properly for days, then all of sudden just work for a day or so. i managed finally to get my model number and SW version. Looks as though HW is H21, and SW is 6270. thx in advance for your help

Hi, I've got the below system on my Skoda Superb Elegance 2013. The system only turns intermittently, it can sometimes take up to an hour before deciding to load up and start working. Once it starts working though it stays on a works fine. It feels like it's a software issue, and perhaps needs updating, but i don't know how to do it. I have the ability to load up an SD card, but what to load up and how to perform the process i have no idea. Any help welcomed, @Pab576 seems to know all there is to know about this? Thanks in advance for help
