How do you guys get updates? My 2020 Ambition (Bolero) is almost 3 years old and I have never ever got an yodate for it. Guys at the dealership also keep telling me that there is no uodate for it in the system. No OTA updates either. Version has been 0892 since June 2020. It's driving me crazy. never got an *update for it

Okay but I'm a member in a Facebook group where I've heard other Bolero owners say (and show) that they have received infotainment updates and that the bugs are gone. Meanwhile I received 0 updates since more than a year of ownership😞

Hello! I bought a Skoda Octavia O4 1.5 TSI Ambition back in June 2020 and haven't received a single infotainment software update ever since. It's quite concerning considering the fact that the software has TONS of bugs (A/C sometimes not working, freezes, menu only loads half the content, etc) I've tried searching for updates over the air but it says no updates and I also asked the dealer but they said there are no updates they can see. I am going to attach my software version. Any ideas? Experiences?
