  1. Maybe I didn't express myself correctly. My phone is using USB-C as well as the car, so I am using the original USB-C to USB-C cable provided by Samsung with the phone. And it is not working. The adaptor to the old USB size is used to charge other phones which are not using USB-C and that works just fine for the other phones. But yes, I agree that the problem is not with the car. There is some incompatibility between the car, the cable, and the phone but can't figure out what it is and how can I get around it.
  2. Hi everyone, I recently got the 2021 Karoq Edition 1.5TSI and so far I enjoy it a lot. There is just one problem and I believe it is not directly involved with the car itself. My USB-C ports doesn't charge my phone (Samsung A71). I bought a USB-C to standard USB transformer and through it charged other phones, so the ports are working. I am using my original Samsung cable to charge it. Also, I couldn't charge using my travel adapter out of my 230V outlet on the back row. Again, it works for other phones. Has anyone experienced something similar and how did you fix it?
