Capsicump

Never had any warning lamps, and have been driving for weeks now.

I replaced my cat battery, and afterwards a lot of electrical settings were changed, like coupe light does not turnon when key is removed anymore blinking light on mirrors do not blink anymore central locking from the key does not lock, except for the fuel door +++ Later I learnt that I havent followed the procedure for this job, but the local Skoda dealers workshop does not understand how these symptoms could occur. Could anyone suggest a solution, or anyone have seen these symptoms before?
