Hi, Is there anyone else who have or had issue with the reverse gear? I have a Skodia Kodiaq 2018 - Ambition 1,4 TSI 110 kW - manual. Sometime at cold start I can´t put the gear in reverse. I need to put it in 1st, 2st or sometimes 3rd gear with a pressure in order to move the car a little forward and than be able to put in reverse gear. This happens mostly when the weather has been a little cold at night. I hade the car on Skoda workshop four times, the workshop says that they don't experience the issue which I am describing, they just once experienced that it was hard to put in revers gear nothing more. They have changed the transmission oil, the have changed the shift lever, but I still have the same problem. I have tried to press the clutch several time and then tried the reverse. Have tried to press the clutch half way, but no luck still same problem. The workshop has come to conclusion that the weather effects the transmission oil, which causes this problem. So they can´t help me with this problem. Would really appreciate to know, if someone else have had this problem and got it solved.
