Hi all, I have a 2018 Karoq – all going well until the other day when the electric boot door stopped opening fully, stopped halfway up – then when I pressed the button to close the boot door it wouldn’t close, stops halfway and the button sounded a beeping sound, and I had to push the door down to close it. Has anyone come across the same issue? – It would good to know if there is a ‘home fix’ I could compete before going to the dealer / mechanic. BTW my version of the electric boot is not the version that can open when you place your foot under the boot. Many thanks in advance.
