Just changed the bloody head unit. still getting the same error grrrrrrrrrrr

Nope. tried that just now it won’t budge

Hi guys, already tried all of the above. Even spoke to an ex skoda tech. He said take the battery terminals off and and connect the two leads (earth and the positive) for 20 secs and that will do a hard reset for the whole car. that hasn’t worked either. All my setting and saved data is gone but the volume still doesn’t change. I don’t have access to an obd or a vcd reader any other suggestions ?? do we know how to update the whole system without an obd ??

Does anybody know what it could be. I’ve tried everything. Restarting, soft reset, took out the battery nothing works.
