It’s got a new MAP sensor fitted. That hasn’t fixed it.

Hi folks so, I have a 2011 2.0 tdi superb estate, 140bhp. it went into limp mode with the flashing coil light a couple of weeks ago. Plugged in the code reader and P0238 code comes up. Took it to my local garage and they couldn’t figure it out so suggested it went to main dealer for them to read the codes. main dealer thought it was g31 charge sensor so they replaced it and thought they’d cured it. Half way home, it goes into limp mode again so they clearly haven’t. Not best pleased at this point. from what I’ve read, it could well be the wiring from the sensor to the ecu. Has anyone any experience of this? I’ve seen that Skoda possibly do a repair wiring harness for this sensor to the ecu? if I was to make my own harness from the sensor to the ecu, does anyone know the pins / plug on the ecu I need to tap into? any help or advice much appreciated.

Hi everyone collected my 2011 mk2 estate last week. Slowly working through all the work the previous owner neglected to do. Can anyone confirm that the manual gearbox oil is 75w80 and is 2.3litres? thanks in advance derek
