  1. Got exactly the same thing , “forgets” my home address, then next time you log on it remembers it , but my real problem is that it loses all my favourites , I use these a lot for my job and each time I log on it either forgets some or forgets all , next time you log on it might remember 2 or 3 then next time all gone again ! Just had it in Skoda Dealership last Friday, was informed that they had reloaded the software but used it again today and it’s lost my favourites and my home address, not very happy to be honest as I don’t know what to try next.
  2. Hi , not sure if this has been asked before , I did a search and couldn’t see it so I have decided to ask the question myself. I have a 2021 Octavia Estate and as my work entails visiting lots of different clients I like to save Favourites for sites I visit regularly. Finally worked out how to Save them but when I display them , to choose a client , they appear to come up on the display in a random order. is there any way to view this list alphabetically ? All my previous vehicles allowed this yet I’m unable to find out how to do it or even if it’s possible, any help would be much appreciated, thanks
