Thank you very much for your very prompt response to my query, to say i'm disappointed is an under statement, the dealership did not mention this when i purchased my car (5/8/20210)I have spoken to Skoda uk, who directed me the dealership service department , who directed me back to skoda uk!! who the emailed the sales manager to contact me, as they say the sales team should have informed me, still waiting for contact from dealers, have received a case reference number to go back to skoda uk thanks again John

Hi everyone, i have purchase a 2021 skoda karoq and what ever postcode is entered ,it comes up with "off road", also displays co-ordinates in destination memory??? I cannot remember who's who from their co-ordinates , this seems to be a fault on this system, The satnav on my old Yeti was not like this Has any others had this problem? and what is the cure please
