  1. I've had this since Aug '22. Second owner. 245 manual, 100% stock. Only upgrade has been Goodyear Eagle F1s and detachable towbar to carry a bike rack. Perfect all-rounder. Great for B roads on 18s and passive dampers. Last of the manuals with actual cabin buttons!
  2. I have the same model with non-Canton system. Curios as to how easy it is for a complete novice to swap the old kit for new. Never tried it (on any car) before. Should I get a pro to do it? Also, where does the amp go? Do you replace or is it an extra box to fit? I presume the head unit is good enough to achieve a decent sound as I wouldn't want to swap that out for anything aftermarket.
  3. I'm going to start buying a used mark 3.5 245 and I want to be sure the car will have the VAQ diff. If there isn't a way to confirm this via paperwork, can you visibly see the unit behind the wheel when the car is on the ground? I doubt many dealers would be able to tell me, honestly or otherwise!
  4. I'm trying to find out more about the manual box in the '17+ 245 vRS. What's the MQ code and is it reliable, nice to use and capable of dealing with a stage 1 remap?
