Hi all, I'm ( Just like many others) have been graced with the dreaded hole in the piston on my CAVE engine. I'm am planning on rebuilding the engine however for obvious reasons would like to avoid using the same design of piston that has the issues. I've searched the forums and there is snippets of good info dotted around but not all in one place. Can someone share details on the specific revised parts used to rebuild a CAVE engine back to a reliable place and address issues such as excessive oil consumption and revision eg. Pistons/timing chain / breather mods etc. A list with part numbers or manufacturer would be great 😃. The plan would be to rebuild once and not worry about addressing other known faults further down the line. Thanks in advance
