am not sure what an OTA update is??. I did finally get my 'Skoda' SD card to upload successfully. The download from the portal via my laptop took about 6 hours just for the simple European update. The key thing is when you 'unzip' the file you end up with it in a 'folder' and you need to take the files out of the folder before you tranfer them across from your laptop download to your Skoda SD Card. I hope that helps. The lack of support from Skoda and their agents (in my case Bristol Street Motors) for this defies belief - it wouldnt be acceptable in any other branch of commerce - not sure if other car suppliers are any better or not mind ?? Tried to update a week or two back. Original Skoda SD card removed (14.8GB). DOwnloaded zipped folder to my laptop. Folder name was STD2_1510_EU1_202122.zip . Reformatted card as per Amundsen Update instructions pdf (which deleted the old Nav files - bugger) - transfered the new folder to the SD card - loaded into the car - message Navigation Database unavailable.........tried Bristol Street Motors and Skoda customer relations - they've all washed their hands of it noone seems to take any responsibility for helping me sort out this technical glitch (i liek to think am fairly compuer savvy) - see attachment - any ideas ???
