My Octavia 2016 mk 3 has recently started leaking fluid inside the cabin onto the floor.
From closer inspection, it stems from the clutch pedal. More precisely, it seems to be coming from the metal rod the pedal pushes in (please excuse the terminology - not a mechanic.)
From searching on Google and Briskoda, it appears others have previously had issues with either the clutch master/slave cylinder. Can't quite determine if it's the same issue here, so thought I'd ask the pros.
The clutch itself is "fine". It doesn't fall to the floor and seem to be as responsive as ever. I have not put in extra clutch fluid. The liquid is clear and oily - doesn't smell.
Is this something I can fix myself?
Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
