  1. Hello, thank you for your answer, I already filmed it and showed it to service. So they saw it but had no solution. Also, if I turn off the parking sensors nothing happens, it does not solve the problem. Don't know what else to do. It it frustrating to have to turn off the screen and turn on again every time this happens. WhatsApp Video 2022-01-12 at 08.14.03.mp4
  2. Hello, I own a Karoq with a small problem from the first days of driving. The parking sensors often remain locked on the multimedia screen, even when the speed is over 50km/h and only disappear after a system reset. I was in the service to have it checked, no errors were found, with the recommendation to return if the problem persists. Obviously it persists, today I had 2 more unpleasant experiences in this regard. I'm going to go to the service again, but I wanted to ask here if anyone has had this problem as well and how it was solved? Many thanks, Oana
  3. Our Karoq ordered at the end of May arrived to our dealer Mid-December. Will already open a thread regarding a problem with the parking sensors :). Best of luck to all who still await their order!
  4. Hi, I ordered a Karoq on May 20th, I do not live in UK, according to the contract the delivery term is 15 to 20 weeks from the order. I counted 15 weeks on Sep 2, no sign of the car, so the next term on the contract is on Oct 7. We phone our dealer weekly to ask about the order status and he cannot give much information. Two weeks ago the status was Banking, which he translated as delivery in maximum 2 months, and this week the status is Delayed. and he does not know the difference. Does anyone know the difference between these statuses, Banking and Delayed, as we received no code, and if there is a solution to ask the status of an order? Skoda Australia has an online tool where one can check the status with the order number - but they say 6digit order number and we have a 7digit order number. Skoda UK has a live chat, but other European customers are not that lucky as they have to talk to the dealer only, and they don't know much about it. Many thanks, Oana
