  1. Evening all, This one has me stumped. I have a 2.0 DSG MKIII Superb and my oil temperature reaches a cool 129 degrees when on carriageways (feathering the throttle - no spirited driving) and sits at about 118 degrees in and around town. I’ve changed the oil and flushed the coolant but to no avail. Turning the cabin heater on high makes no difference either. It’s also worth mentioning that the fans kick in when they should and the car is not regenerating when checking the oil temps. Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Cheers in advance! Matt
  2. Thanks gents, appreciate your replies. I managed to replace the heater matrix without needing to take the glovebox out. πŸ‘πŸΌ
  3. Hi all, My heater matrix requires replacement. Attempting this one myself but before I get stuck in, would anyone happen to know how to get the dreaded glovebox out? I understand that the Octavia III’s simply pull out of the tab by tugging upwards. However, with the Superb it almost seems sealed at the hinges. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated! Matt
  4. Evening all, First time posting, long time lurking! I have a strange buzzing noise coming from within my dash (I think) which is noticeable when revving the engine over 2k rpm. Happens either stationary or on the move. No previous issues, nothing previously dismantled. Just randomly started happening! Hope the audio is clear enough IMG_9252.MOV If anyone has any ideas or pointers, it would be greatly appreciated πŸ™πŸΌ Cheers, Matt
