Just had an update on my order. Ordered VRS on 28th September with Winter pack and Reversing camera. Build week was March originally then moved forward to December then January now it’s week 22 so May time. Luckily the car I’m trading in doesn’t need to be handed back until next year under its current finance plan and the trade in price is fixed until September this year. Can’t complain as I got a really good deal, £27000 for a VRS with the fitted options.

I understand that there's no week 0 but a few days earlier it was stating N/A so things have changed a little. I did question the build week but he stated it likely to be built and waiting for parts so no confirmed build week.

Had an email update from my dealer today. When he checked last week it was stating week 46 build (beginning 21/11/21) but now it states build week 0. It might be built but until the factory confirms anything, I wont know anything else. Ordered VRS in silver last week of September and added a few options (rear view camera and winter pack) on 28th October. Good news though, the dealer has had a few car come through with short order times so things might be improving or people are cancelling their orders.

Order a VRS late september added the winter pack and rear camera about a month later as the car was only on the system with a March build date so it was possible to change my order. Phoned this morning to see if it was possible to change to a DSG and asked about the rear camera. He said there wasn't an issue with the camera as they have to be informed to tell the customer about it and nothing had come through about my order yet. But he couldn't change the order as the build date wasn't showing anymore just had N/A next to the build date. He's going to phone back later this week to give an update as to whether the car has a build date or not and whether I can change to a DSG.

Just gone on Skodas UK website to configure an Octavia VRS but it’s missing. Rest of the models as showing but not the Octavia.

I ordered my VRS through Specialist Cars Dundee on Sept 29th and was told March 2022 delivery at the earliest. Sent an email this morning for a cheeky update, just waiting for a reply. Got to recommend them as I got a great deal from them.
