Help people, my air con seems to not be blowing any air. It does heat up, and cool down but there is no pressure coming from the unit itself. I have checked all fuses and they are all fine. Any ideas?

Hi guys/girls, new to the skoda family, have a 2009 Octavia vRS wagin. It seems to have some rippling on the drivers door panel, obviously from years of someone driving with their elbow perched on it. I have attempted to heat it up with a hair dryer and smoothing it whilst warm but am open to any other suggestions. Pics for reference attached, thanks.
