Same boat here. Ordered september 2021 ... just had another response from dealer today saying production halted for octavia iv models in December 2022 and as yet have no set date to resume. Was offered an enyaq fully electric for an extra 1500 deposit and 560 a month which is 250 quid a month more than the octavia vrs I ordered. No thanks. I'm too stubborn now to cancel as 1600 quid deposit and 310 a month is too good a deal and they will be desperate for me to cancel I'd imagine. Just going to need to keep waiting it out

Ordered a Vrs iV Hatch in race blue 7th October 21 with winter pack and mate ordered Vrs Diesel wagon with winter pack and suspension upgrade 4 weeks later from same dealer.... his is in transit and i still dont have a build date.... f*ck the environment i knew i shoulda stuck with a real engine haha!!!

Exact same situation as me. original date was 4th may delivery..... factory havnt even confirmed a build date as yet. shambles

Received an "update" from lightcliffe warrington this morning (only after i chased it as my delivery date was due to be yesterday on Octavia petrol vrs with winter pack) that basically i should think myself lucky as my car is not over 200 quid a month more to order now than the deal i got 😂 still no build date and apparently impossible to give any indication of expected delay. ordered august 21 direct from dealer and expected delivery was 4th may. think il be forking out for something second hand shortly. first skoda ordered and will certainly be my last (if i ever see it) customer service has been shocking to say the least

Hi Alex, Can I ask who you ordered from? I ordered same car with winter pack in October 21 with 29 week lead time initially which wouldve been April but latest update today was that there is no update. Im just asking because they wont tell me my order is officially delayed just that its not built yet haha

Hi Mate, Was this at Lightcliffe Warrington? Only ask as iv ordered pretty much the same car minus the blindspot detection on 13th October so might give me hope of an update soonish haha!
