Thanks. There 2 diagonally facing fuses on my car, are these just spares? They don't appear on the diagram

Hello. Octavia 1.9pd diesel 2005 Elegance. My fusebox (by driver's door) seems to have a couple of fuses where they should be empty and no fuses where there perhaps should be some. I can't find a diagram which exactly matches my type of fusebox. Pic of my fusebox attached if anyone can help with the correct diagram or pic of where the fuses should be. My dashboard doesn't light up at all after a flat battery, though now charged. Obviously I can't start the car. Other electrics (alarm, central locking etc) working. Fuses may have been fiddled around with at the recovery garage or I may have mixed them myself. It may be a more serious electrical fault of course. Any help appreciated. Had the Octavia for 6 years+/146k miles, was running well before. Thanks
