So my mot has come around and my car failed in a tyre and exhaust blow, tyre is a screw no problem I get that is a safety thing but when I asked main dealership about an exhaust I was told 800 quid… because it’s a one piece exhaust is this correct or someone trying to pull my plonker???

I can’t get mine to do the cornering fogs or the sound on lock/unlock mines a 2018 f/l

I have 18” Gemini wheels atm but want to get 18” xtremes as far as I can see the 18” xtremes are 8” wide the Gemini’s are 7.5” wide my question is will my tyres be ok just to swap over to the xtremes? Tyre size in Gemini’s are 225/40/18 please any advice before I rethink I don’t really want to have to go for 19’s
