  1. I bought my car new 9 months ago 1.5 Tsi and having so many issues with the touch screen and electrics. Occasionally I hear a load pop noise (like a fuse blowing, but loud) the screen goes blank for a few minutes. Also, when I try to change user the screen comes up with loading and freezes on this screen for ages, sometimes hours. Even turning the car off and on doesn’t change anything. It only resets over night. I can’t change the settings from km to miles. Any one else having similar issues? I took it back to the dealership and was advised to update the software.. did that to no avail. Any advice?
  2. Hi Alison, I had a similar issue please have a look at my post
  3. Thanks guys for your replies. I took a look under the arches and found the above blue blocks forcing their way through the rubber gaiters. They have torn the outer gaiter to shreds. Took my car back to Skoda, with a handful of blue blocks I had managed to ease out of the coil spring. The service manager looked shocked and informed me that they wouldnt have left them in, lol. I told him that I certainly didn't put them there. They took the car in immediately and removed the remaining blocks and also booked the car in to replace the rubber gaiters. I can't believe the difference in how it drives now.
  4. Bought my car new and noticed almost immediately how hard it felt driving over the smallest of potholes, even driving over uneven manhole covers felt like I had run over a house brick. It isn’t just a hard feel, it’s also loud. Anyway, a few months on and the nsf is squeaking and and banging, even at extremely low speeds. As anyone else had similar issues?
