Hello, I just did the same thing on my 2014 Skoda Rapid. I think it is totally the same process as parts look identical. Found by VIN number the motor 6R1907511A part number, which I found in one aftermarket part, NTY CNG-WW-028, might worth a try if anyone wants to replace it. But I did the cable tie method too because the case was popped open. I found recirculation forced open when changing front struts, a wooden piece was under the windshield cowl-blend door haha. The process was same, LHD car, right hand dashboard side off, glovebox off, 2x torx off for the bracket-motor, cut cable tie, I also removed the blower fan motor because it had a plastic piece that was a little in the way. The biggest problem is as shown on the black-white picture posted earlier, you have to get the cogs teeth on point on the top blend door-motor-lower blend door. I made the motor in fresh air mode, lower blend door to fully closed option, and the top blend door almost fully open- maybe a few degrees just closed) I tried to match the (if I recall correctly) the 4. tooth to match the motors teeth, othwerwise it will bind in 1 (or 2 if both doors) are in wrong position. Don't know what would happen if one would file the motors cogs to normal size for easier assembly, because the "stop" is most likely inside the motor, and it detects that by the current going up on stops. Now it is working properly, I deleted the airbag fault using vcds, now my AC is way cooler because I can use recirc (I have the rapid with glass panoramic roof so it is really hot in there). I hope if anyone comes across this, will make good use of this
