I'm new here and not yet profesional in finding topics so I'm sorry if this problem already exists, i have octavia 2,2008 year, 1.8 tsi. Ambient temperature sensor started to show some stupid values like - 35,-25,-10celsius etc. while the outside temperature is about 7 or 10 celsius. Replaced sensor-all the same Replaced sensor again-same Checked instalation-all ok no signs of damage or broken wires at least the part i can see Searched internet-found nothig usefull. Next and only step is to try to replace the instalation, those two wires that go to sensor. Is there a wiring diagram or path of those wires trough car (like...these wires go from the sensor,under the fuse box, under the battery...to the dashboard and they plug directly in to the dashboard...) and where are they conected. I also noticed that temperature starts going crazy after i turn on headlights, maybe there is some damage to the wires and turning on headlights causes disturbance in electric circle. Sorry for the long post but it realy starts to going on my nerves being so helpless. Thanks for answers in advance.
